Life
After school went in Army WW2 and spent little over 2 1/2 years there. over a year in Europe and left with four major battle stars and rank of Sgt.Was gun commander on 90 mm antiaircraft Gun.Married high school sweetheart.Joan Duffey. Had 3 children. married 56 years before losing wife in 2ooo.worked for American Greetings for 31 years. moved to Calif in 1964 and still reside here.N...Expand for more
ow volunteer with Police dept. Enjoying the great weather here in contrast to Toledo.Had Heart bypass in 2002 and feeling fine now.Still with the La Mesa Calif.Police dept as volunteer with almost 16 years and over 5000 hours as of now.(June,25,2011)enjoy the work and writing tickets for Handicap violations etc.($347.50)is highest. Get to see Grandson who is now a Detective quite often.
